Nadja has her master’s in psychology and has worked as an executive and team coach since 2001 and holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential by the International Coach Federation with more than 3200 documented coaching hours.
She works internationally in the areas of leadership-development, team- development and culture transformation, as well as a keynote speaker and author. Nadja is specialized in supporting top teams in becoming high performing teams that lead a learning organization grounded in self-awareness and conscious dialogue. As an executive coach, she supports entrepreneurs and leaders in re-inventing what it means to lead themselves, lead others and lead their organization.
She has coached leaders from multiple industries, including finance, IT, oil & chemicals, aviation as well as the public sector. She is a skilled facilitator of group processes, a challenging
team coach and is passionate about individual coaching of decision drivers in organizations.
Nadja received her coach training from Coach U (USA) and Coaching Development (London). She is accredited in diverse methodologies such as Spiral Dynamics Level I + II, Appreciative Inquiry, ExecuTAP™ (Executive Team Alignment Process), Voice Dialogue, Systems Constellations, Clean Language, Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) and The Leadership Circle 360° assessment.
Nadja studied Art and Psychology in Germany, the UK and the US. She is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish and French. Nadja lives in Berlin where she shares her happy life with her wife, Olga. They love to travel and make a point of visiting regularly with their friends, who are scattered all over the world. They are avid home exchangers, enjoy throwing dinner parties, get lost in discussions about hard science fiction, and can be found at
the movies whenever time permits. Her first book ‘Conscious You: Become the Hero of Your Own Story’ will be published in 2018.
