He led Egon Zehnder’s Technology & Communications Practice in Europe for almost a decade and serves global tech enterprises and growth companies as well as Scandinavian companies in Financial services. Functionally, Martin has deep expertise in recruiting Chief Technology Officers, Chief Digital Officers and CFOs.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Martin was Product and Marketing Manager with Johnson & Johnson, based in Stockholm. Previously, he was a Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and Netdecsions. Martin began his career as a Project Manager for Jebsen & Jessen, based in Singapore.
Martin has a BSc in business administration and commercial law from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from IESE in Barcelona, Spain. He bikes to the office year-round and is passionate about travel to remote places.
