Andrea Winter is a core member of the Mobius faculty, and a longtime practitioner of Winning from Within. She works as an executive coach (individual and team), facilitator of transformation, developer of facilitators, mediator and culture change consultant across a broad range of industries in Southern Africa, the Americas, and Europe.

Andrea has worked with Mobius as a facilitator, coach, and developer of facilitators for the past 13 years. In addition to her work in Winning from Within, she is a lead facilitator for several internal leadership programs: the Centered Leadership Program, Building Entrepreneurship Muscle, Centered Leadership Fundamentals, Personal Insight Workshops, and various Partner training programs across the tenures from team leader to senior partner level. In addition, she is an executive coach for many Directors and Partner members of the firm globally, as well as leading facilitator development programs within client organizations on behalf of Mobius.

Andrea’s core clients include the World Bank Group, International Monetary Fund, State Street, The US Treasury, Rally Health and Google. In these organizations she provides team and individual executive coaching, staff survey follow up facilitation, as well as top team facilitation to enhance the team’s collaborative, creative and decision making capacities.

Andrea’s previous experience includes: Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini; TV Anchor of Boardroom Dancing (a leadership skills program), as well as an Interfaith Program on National Television in South Africa; Program Director of Corporate Customized skills at the top business school in South Africa where she consulted, designed and facilitated in company leadership programs; and Lead the MBA elective on executive coaching. Andrea also spent 8 years on the board of Soul City, a prominent health and education non-profit organization.

Andrea has a BA in psychology, economics and drama from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa and an MBA cum laude from Wits and Kellogg Graduate School of Management where she won the gold medal as top student. She is a certified Newfield Network executive coach, is accredited in Myers Briggs Type indicator and is accredited as lead facilitator by Gita Bellin and Associates. In addition, she is schooled in Gallup Strengthfinder, Spiral Dynamics, Dialogue and Process work.

Andrea is a South African living in Maryland, USA. She is married and has two children.
